At Isha by Suja, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (available for select locations)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999 (displayed at checkout)
4. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. We are working on expanding our delivery network to reach more pin codes soon.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment on our courier partner’s website.
6. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@ishabysuja.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
